Is it wrong that as we’re trying to book a vacation and one of the things I’m most concerned about is internet access?
I mean, some of the places don’t even have PHONES! And we’re talking California here ...
I’m not looking to spend my whole vacation online, but I do like to keep in touch and stuff and of course I have my blogging empire to maintain (fast fiction is sadly neglected, I know).

Commenting is not available in this channel entry. It is definitely not wrong! Here I am reading your blog on my honeymoon.
We’re on the same page Cybele. Susan and I are leaving next week for our road trip and I can’t only but hope that I at least have cell phone signal along the way to upload phonecam shots to my Flickr account.
It’s all a matter of priorities. Well, that and second-guessing yourself. And rationalizing, we can never forget that. Oh, and that empty feeling people sometimes get when they return from vacation and missed something important.
So, yeah, that’s what it is.
