Hey everybody!

I’m looking for some violet candy, I know that you can find it in Sweden ( called Violpistoler) but they have changed the recipe , so the taste is not the same as before! Is there someone who could help me to find violet candy ( soft candy )?? Thanx

I’m not sure what you mean by a soft candy. Like a buttermint?

Here in the states we have C.Howards Violet, which are what I’d call a chalky candy. You can get it online and often in tobacco shops.

There are a few French violet hard candies.

There’s an English chalk candy roll called Parma Violets that look kind of like American Smarties. They’re made by Swizzels Matlow.

Finally, some high end confectionery shops will carry candied violets, they’re actual violet flowers that have been sugared.
