Of all things, I plan on melting a good one down to make a mock Marathon/Curly Wurly bar for my wife, a favorite when she was a wee one. I’m not interested in Hersheys milk chocolate and don’t want to go high end. Any suggestions?

Cheers,

Please help me! I remember a package of gumballs, smaller, not large, in the early-ish 90’s that looked and tasted like normal gumballs, but one of them was spicy! They were like a trick and sometimes there were more than one trick gumball in a package, but you couldn’t tell which one was the trick one. It was almost like eating a handful of black pepper. Similar to a pepper flavored Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Bean…..can anyone tell me what the name of this gum was? It’s driving me crazy!!!!!

Thanks!

Here is a little rap/song that I made about candy. I love candy and had to express it in some other way than eating it Check it out, it is pretty “sweet” Let me know what you all think! Thanks alot.

Oddest candy you’ve found

I’m not trying to dis candy companies, but I like the odd candies somewhat. Though with that thought I actually thought it would be cool to share odd candies we find. I think it would be kind of sweet. (No pun intended)

I’ll give you and example. Yesterday (1/14/09) I happened to come across a chocolate bar with bacon in it. First I thought it was a flavor, but apparently it has bacon in it. Though I almost bought it to try I went with three other candies.

(Lindt Postachio, and raspberry, and peanut butter pillows, a.k.a golden crunchies)

I did constitute one flavor of Ritter Sport because it said “New better tasting flavor”.... something along those lines. Though I need to look back at the review to that one.

stale reese’s

so i just bought a couple big bags of reeces cups and upon opening a couple i found them to be stale…you know, chocolate a bit bloomed and pb very powdery and the whole thing was just not so fresh tasting. icky and dissappointing overall. now i have two big bags no one will eat. i hate how you just never know with chocolate ESPECIALLY reeces pb cups, what you’re gonna get and how fresh they will be. and they are soo yum when you’re lucky enough to get a fresh batch! what do you do in this case? will the company refund money? taking it back to the store would be too embarrassing and i doubt they would take it. its frustrating when you spend the money (chocolate is not cheap!) and and it ends up being just a big stale dissappoinment.
