Valentine’s Week Inventory

So here’s what’s up for this week (so far):

Ferrero Rocher
Ferrero Mon Cheri
Elmer’s Chocolates - Heart Box
(2.4 ounces)
Nestle’s Crunch Dark Chocolate Heart (1 ounce)
Spongebob Squarepants Heart with Yogurt Covered Raisins
Junior Mints Hearts
Russell Stovers’ Heart Box
(1.8 ounces)
Dove Jewels
Frankford Marshmallow Hearts
Russell Stovers’ Dark Chocolate Coconut Heart
Chocolove 70% Dark Chocolate Bar
Au’some Candy Beads
SweeTarts Hearts

I’ll also have some brief reviews & photos of these upscale boxed chocolates: CocoaVino, Leonidas, Theo Chocolates, The Chocolate Box Cafe, Christopher Norman, Boule, Fauchon and Richart.

Yes, it looks like there will likely be two reviews per day (otherwise I’ll never get done before Valentine’s Day!).

Here’s a photo preview of what’s to come!

UPDATE: 2/11/07 - Looks like I didn’t make it all the way through the list, but 15 reviews in one week ain’t bad! Maybe I’ll have more this week.

  1. The only Valentines candy I have are those hearts with the messages printed on them. I don’t think I’ve ever bought them before, just swiped ‘em off other people’s desks.

They’re a bit common and tasteless for review, but I love ‘em anyway! I just wish whoever made them would have stuck with the costlier, but better, stamping of the messages. Way too many of them, now, are illegible. Such is progress.

  2. I always thought the bigger message hearts had a better flavor to them.  I’m not sure if they are both made by the same company.  The bigger ones had the ruffled looking edge.  I haven’t seen them in a while.

  3. Wow! That’s a lot of candy to review before V-Day. Beautiful photos in the preview!

  4. Wow, no one can say that you aren’t dedicated to your fans.  Do you ever get sick of candy/chocolate?
